What to do
* Change your A4 page from portrait to landscape
* Use 4 or 5 photos or pictures stored on your computer
* Use your software to INSERT each picture into your document
* Resize each picture (by dragging its handles) and then drag and drop them so they lie one above the other - see illustration above
* If you want to add some text, use a text box.
* Group the pictures and text box and then you can copy and paste them all at once
* Paste the column of pictures and text so that you have five bookmarks spaced across the page
Trimming the bookmarks
* Trim around the bookmarks, leaving space for the laminating pouch to seal around all 4 sides
* Place the 5 bookmarks in the pouch, evenly spaced
* Laminate
* Trim the bookmarks to size
Want more detailed instructions? I have written an ebook giving in depth, step by step instructions for making laminated bookmarks. It is written for Word 2007 users, but the majority of the instructions will work for earlier versions of Word.
This fully illustrated ebook costs just $5.
